On his program on air, Friday 23,2017, radio, with his Entertainment Crew, Moula and Eben,
he spoke of a recent story which has been trending in the entertainment world(Ghana Music) about Gospel Musicians not delivering music from the Spirit as the Lord demands but from their own feeling and for hype (fame with noise).
Mr Bonez raised a related incident but an example which he witnessed at Church when a Gospel singer sang within hours from his voice alone even though the people were praising God with him.
Later another female Gospel Musician grabbed the microphone afterwards to which she delivered And sang from the heart but not just by voice but as he also (Mr Bonez) felt that lady has oil of anointing within her and that she was really delivering a message from God.
After the Lady's performance , the pastor quickly grabbed the microphone and gave the lady,a huge sum of Money in an envelope form and to the People at the gathering, they were amused but the pastor explained, that:
"Both are singers, but one has the Oil and the other has just the voice".
To this, Mr Bonez spoke it out loud. and advising that gospel musicians have to be fruitful, Learn,Sing and Deliver songs from the heart,and the spirit which will always portray the Power of the Lord to the people and changing lives and not the other way as upcoming Arts are doing these days.
