Sarkodie makes his first release to begin the year with… This song titled ‘Pain Killer’ is produced by TSpize and music video directed by GYO Gyimah of Phamous Philms. The hashtag #PainKiller has been trending on twitter ever since the released of the song on digital stores. And I also think it’s because Rundown got featured on the song too.Runtown has become Ghana’s favourite with his hit single “Mad Over You” which has seen dozens of covers flying around the Internet. Sarkodie’s decision to get him on his first song of the year paid off and I can see the song is a huge success already!
The music video is colour-rich and beautiful to the eyes. It was basically a jeep ride through the green areas and awesome shots from the skies. But I couldn’t help but notice the music video has some similarities with Sorakiss’ “My Honey” music video which featured Akwaboah.
