From 5th March,2019, all Mortuary Personnel are said to stop work and never to enter any hospital nationwide.
A strike action has began and that 5th March is just a day one , it will continue indefinitely till the government hears them and meet their proposal requirements and needs, if not, more bodies are going to rot and decay in hospitals and you are aware of the results that will come out of this.
Do you know that a gross salary of a regular Mortuary Man is between Ghc380 and Ghc240 a month?
Think of this, President Akuffo Addo takes Ghc60,000 a month at gross rate, and when he dies, a Mortuay Man who receives about Ghc380 will take care of him and prepare his body for funeral?
I Richkid strongly supports this strike and immediate action needs to be taken Asap to avoid disasters and other dangers which has already emerged from the grass.
